‘Life Is Strange’ is set to debut its main cast at Amazon Prime Video, bringing Tom Cullen, Leisha Hailey, Raúl Castillo, and Owen Teague back to star alongside previously announced leads Maisy Stella and Tatum Grace Hopkins. The series, based on Square Enix’s acclaimed game franchise, follows Max (Hopkins), a photography student who discovers she can rewind time while saving her childhood friend Chloe (Stella). As she investigates the disappearance of another student, she uncovers a dark secret about her town that will force her to face an impossible choice. Cullen will play Mark Jefferson, Max’s teacher, while Hailey will take Joyce Price, Chloe’s mother. Castillo will play David Madsen, Chloe’s stepfather, and Teague will appear as Frank Bowers, a local drug dealer. Cullen will also play a role in Season 3 of HBO’s ‘House of the Dragon,’ where he will return to his old career. His film credits include ‘Weekend,’ ‘Black Church Bay,’ and ‘The Last Days on Mars,’ and he has appeared in other TV shows such as ‘Downton Abbey’ and ‘Task.’ Hailey’s work includes roles in ‘The L Word’ and ‘The L Word: Generation Q,’ and she is also a musician. Castillo has appeared in ‘Looking’ and ‘The Walking Dead: Dead City,’ while Teague has been in both ‘Task’ and ‘Black Mirror.’ All actors are repped by prominent agencies, and the series features production from Square Enix, Story Kitchen, and LuckyChap. The story centers around Max and her ability to reverse time, blending drama, mystery, and psychological depth.
