Special Needs: none
My name is Patch and I am a nine week old male Border Collie pup. I am a smooth coat just like my mother who was also more white than black. I was born into a litter of ten pups and nine have been adopted. I am well socialized and love everyone who meets me. I am a very happy and guy who loves to run, play, chase and wrestle with my sister. I am currently living in a foster home/boading kennel setting and am eager to find my forever home. I have been living with adults, young children and other people who have come to meet 10 Border Collie puppies. I am very energetic and intelligent and I am looking for someone who will give me a chance to become their loyal companion. I am looking forward to a life of walking, running, hiking and perhaps swimming since I like to play in the big water dish. I am not looking for a job on a ranch, but rather a home where I can be a part of the family snuggling close to my people, sleeping on a confortable bed in a warm corner of the house. I do need a secure fenced yard, but do not want to be an outdoor dog looking in the windows at my family. I do not want to ride in the back of a truck or pickup, it is too dangerous. However, I will gladly learn the role of co-pilot in the front seat or sit in the back where I will be comfortable. I am very smart and am learning a few commands and believe that I would do very well as a competitive dog or other important activity where I can use my inteligence. PLEASE CALL BEST FRIENDS OF BAKER FOR MORE INFORMATION. YOUCAN FIND AN APPLICATION ON THIS SITE OR VISIT bestfriendsofbaker.org for an adoption application. WE DO NOT TEXT, BUT WILL RESPOND TO ALL PHONE CALLS AND COMPLETED APPLICATIONS.
