My name is Roscoe and I am a young male Border Collie mix?  Possiby a Labrador Retriever since my feet are large and webbed.  We are not sure who my parents are.  I am approximately 3 months old and was found wandering on a lonely country road in Eastern Oregon.  I spent a full week in the dog pound waiting for  my owner and they never came, so Best Friends of Baker snatched me up and placed me in a wonderful foster home.  I am currently living with a family of two adults, two young grade school children and all their pets.  There are large and small dogs, barn cats, horses, and chickens.  I am slowly learning my basic commands and learning not to jump on people, to come back when called and walking on a leash.  Potty training is slow coming, but I am learning to take care of my business outside and not in my kennel.  I will make someone a great family pet and look forward to finding an active family who wants to take me for walks, runs, hikes and even swimming.  I do need a secure fenced yard where I can be safe and kept from wandering away.  I would love to have some children to run and play with and another dog companion to spend my time with playng and napping.  I will have some vaccinations prior to my adoption, but not old enough for all of them.  I will need to be neutered when I am six months old.  I am ready to go to a forever home today.  So, if you want a new family member who is full of love and kisses, then CALL Best Friends of Baker of Baker today at 541-519-7387 or visit our website: for more information and an adoption application, or this sites application.   WE DO NOT TEXT, but will respond to all completed applications.
